Air Pollution Monitoring System Using Micro Controller Atmega 32A and MQ135 Gas Sensor at Chandragiri Municipality of Kathmandu City

Air is one of the essential elements human’s surroundings. The earth’s atmosphere full air which contains gases such as Nitrogen, Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide and traces some rare elements. But quality has been degrading for decades due to various activities conducted by human beings that directly or indirectly affect leading pollution. There are different techniques measure quality.However, with evolution time expensive less efficient analog devices have replaced more electronics device. In this research, MQ135 sensor used a particular location. I2C display monitor data. Indeed, increasing in number vehicles, unplanned urbanization rapid population growth, pollution considerably increased last areas Kathmandu. Thus, project ‘Air Pollution Monitoring System’ was focused on collection data specific location Chandragiri municipality Kathmandu city. conclusion,analysis done help origin software shows Arduino device works perfectly measuring selected area found be than 500 PPM concludes normal.
